Living Word, we're grateful that you have come to not only save us from sin but to show us how to live. Help me to fall more deeply in love with the complete message of Christ so that I, too, can be a faithful witness. I'm going to declare your word through my life. Amen.

Glorious God, you are worthy of all honor and recognition. Through Christ, you have blessed us in more ways than we can count. I confess that too often I'm so caught up in my routine that I neglect to count my blessings. Show me how to make counting a part of my routine. I'm going to praise you even more. Amen

That night the Master appeared to Paul: “It’s going to be all right. Everything is going to turn out for the best. You’ve been a good witness for me here in Jerusalem. Now you’re going to be my witness in Rome!”

With God in charge, everything ultimately turns out for the best.
PRAYER
Sovereign God, I'm grateful that you are in charge and that I don't need to worry over the outcomes of troubling times. I admit that I still worry. Help me to let go of the sense that everything depends on me. I want to trust you for the outcomes. You have a great track record. Amen.
