PRAYER
Loving God, thank you for sending us out on missions. Forgive me for keeping up the appearance of love—trying to look like an influencer—without fully embracing the lifestyle myself. Motivate me toward genuine love and good works. I see the love and goodness you've extended through Jesus, and because I follow him, I want to be that way myself. Amen.

Faithful God, I'm grateful that you keep your promises and are reliable. Forgive my reluctance to move beyond my comfort zone when you call me to do something unusual. Help me to recognize your faithfulness in those moments so that I can boldly move forward full of confidence. I want to become the kind of person you can rely on. Won’t God provide justice to his chosen people who cry out to him day and night? Will he be slow to help them? I tell you, he will give them justice quickly. But when the Human One comes, will he find faithfulness on earth?

Just God, I'm grateful that you are sending Jesus back to finish his kingdom mission of complete justice. Forgive me for allowing the injustices of the world to stress me out. Restore my confidence in your plan and teach me how to live faithfully during this era of tension. I'm going to allow your promised future to define how I handle the present situation. Amen.
