God, sometimes I wonder what would happen if I put as much energy into pursuing your word for us as I do into pursuing stuff to fill my stomach. Your word, like you, has no expiration date. You are much more valuable than food because you last. Your kingdom has no end. Help me to put things in proper perspective. I'm going to make your word first priority in my life. Amen.
