Lord God, I talk so much that I have trouble listening. I realize that I cannot move forward in my walk with you until I really learn to listen. Help me to do this. Help me to become a quiet person living a quiet life, so that I can hear when you are talking. I desire to be a good listener, for you have so many important things to say to me. Amen.
