One

Israel, listen to me. The Lord is our God. The Lord is the one and only God. ~ Deuteronomy 6:4 (NIRV)

There is only one God, and Christ Jesus is the only one who can bring us to God. Jesus was truly human, and he gave himself to rescue all of us. ~ 1 Timothy 2:5–6a (CEV)

Father, you are the only God. Jesus, you are the only one who who can bring us into a healthy relationship with God. Jesus, you know how we are because you are human like us. But you are also fully God. If I think about that too much it makes my head spin. How can you be both fully human and fully God? How can there be one God but three "persons" within -- Father, Son, and Holy Spirit? Even more mysterious, though, is that you loved us -- loved me -- so much so that you joined the human race and gave yourself to rescue the world. Help me to enjoy the mystery of it all today. My life belongs to you -- exclusively. Amen.
