Epiphany of the Lord

You are a holy nation, people who belong to God. He chose you to tell about the wonderful things he has done. He brought you out of the darkness of sin into his wonderful light. ~ 1 Peter 2:9 (ERV)
Lord, my experience with you has been so positive and so affirming that I want to tell the whole world. It's like you turned on the light in my life, so I want to turn the lights on for everyone else. You are wonderful. However, my attention span is short. I too quickly get drawn into the next great thing and forget to focus on the wonderful, even greater things, that you have done and are doing. Guide me today so that I am able to bring some of your light into even the darkest of places. Amen.
