God, you paid the price to set us free when you sent your Son Christ Jesus into the world. Not only did he die for us, but you then raised him from the dead. Now he is our living advocate. He still speaks to you on our behalf. That's what brothers and good friends do. Thank you for intervening for me. It feels good to know that you are on my side. I'm going to enjoy that feeling all day today. Amen.
