God, you made everything through Jesus Christ. And he is you! Thank you for making this wonderful world and all the people. Sometimes I get annoyed with the way that the world has become polluted and the people have become corrupt. But that is not your fault. To the contrary, since you are the Lord, you are working on making the world new. And again, you are doing it through Jesus Christ who gave himself as a sacrifice that would destroy death and start us on a course of renewal. Thank you, too, for including us -- including me -- in this new creation. Help me to live today according to the order of the new creation. Amen.Challenging Words
