Jesus, you are the Prince of Peace! When things are going well with you, your peace becomes a part of who we are. Enemies are disarmed as they are captured by your peace which radiates from us. When we allow your love and your peace to define our lives it startles those around us -- forcing them to rethink their positions. Of course, not everyone embraces your peace. I confess that even though it captivates me, there are times when I prefer to make war. I know that's not what you want, but it does make me feel good sometimes. Empower me to get over that ungodly impulse. I want to please you with 100% of my life. I want to be a person of peace. Amen.Challenging Words
