God, you are not looking for a show but for genuine repentance. I confess that I'm pretty satisfied with outward appearances. If I can put on a good face I feel good about the situation. But you are looking for a change of heart. Frankly, I'm going to need a lot of help with that. I am such a sinner. But the blood of the crucified Savior is strong enough to clean up even the biggest and most deceptive sinner. I am putting my hope in Christ Jesus and not my personal ability to change. Amen.
