Kind God, I've known for a long time that I talk too much. I too freely give my opinion. I enjoy hearing myself talk. I feel important when I am giving my opinion. For the sake of all those around me, please, Lord, help me to learn self-control. I know that self-control is a part of the fruit of the Spirit. That must mean that your Spirit will develop it in the lives of those who seek to live faith-filled lives for Jesus. I'm trusting you for this. Amen.
