Thank you, Lord Jesus. Because of you, death is not the final word. You rescue us from the misery of death and all that is associated with dying. You save us from sin. And I confess that there is still plenty in my life from which I need to be saved. But even so, I can move forward with confidence because I know that you won't leave me in the grave. This is freeing. Amen.
