Almighty God, you are both judge and savior. When you break us down, it is so that you can build us back up. And right now you are in he process of saving us from what we've done to ourselves and the world. That's why you sent your Son Jesus into the world -- not to condemn but to save. Help me to live more freely into this good news. Strip away those things which hold me back from fully embracing you and your good intentions for us. Amen.
