Lord Jesus, I'm so thankful for the new everlasting covenant that you established through your blood -- your sacrifice on our behalf. I'm way too casual about making promises to you. I think it is because I know that you are gracious. Help me to be mindful of the incredible cost you paid to keep me close to you. I want to closely follow you and be a covenant keeper -- like you. Amen.
