Naturalized citizens

Lord,

THANKS: Thank you for the hand up -- for lifting us up from the realm where sin and death are in charge.

REGRETS: Sometimes I look longingly back down there into the darkness. I don't know what it is that keeps me looking back that way. It's strangely inviting and terribly uncomfortable -- all at the same time.

INTERCESSION: Help me to live fully as a naturalized citizen in the Kingdom of Jesus. Neutralize the appeal of darkness.

PURPOSE: I'm going to live for Jesus my Savior -- and him alone.
