Christ came and preached peace to you outsiders and peace to us insiders. He treated us as equals, and so made us equals.

Let God's peace into your life.
PRAYER
Thank you, God, for sending peace into our troubled world. I confess that whenever there is a tragedy or drama I start to worry that it's not taking. Renew my confidence in you and the gift of your peace. I'm going to act on your peace even when circumstances around me tug me to act otherwise. Amen.
