PRAYER
Glorious God of life, you have created us to live in a relationship with you. And that's my desire for my life and the lives of all those around me. Yet, in spite of my healthy desire, I am easily distracted by other, less alive gods. I'm easily sucked into living for fleeting experiences and promises of future security. Show me again the richness of belonging to you 24/7. Blind me to the distractions and open my eyes to eternal life. No matter what happens I'm going to find myself in you. Amen.
