DEPEND ON JESUS

LAMENTATIONS 3:24 (CEV)
Deep in my heart I say,
“The LORD is all I need;
I can depend on him!”

1 PETER 1:8-9 (CEV)
You have never seen Jesus, and you don’t see him now. But still you love him and have faith in him, and no words can tell how glad and happy you are to be saved. That’s why you have faith.

Depend on Jesus; he is all you need.

PRAYER
Thank you, God, for providing everything I need -- from daily bread to eternal salvation. Sometimes I lose sight of your generosity and allow my needs to bog me down. Lift me up again. Recharge my faith. I know that I can count on you for that. Amen.

THE LORD'S PRAYER
Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your Name. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us. Save us from the time of trial and deliver us from evil. For the kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours now and forever. Amen.
