Be content with what God gives you and you'll be happy.

PRAYER
Thank you, God, for providing for me. I entered the world with nothing. I'll leave with nothing. But I have more than what I need in between. How cool is that! Yet, my primary orientation still seems to be toward acquiring more. Show me how to be content and to let go of what I no longer need. That's hard for me. But I'm going to trust you to help me leave graciously. Amen.

THE LORD'S PRAYER
Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your Name. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us.
