PRAYER
Gracious God, this week we are mindful of the sacrifice of Christ, which confronted and defeated the forces of evil and death. I wish that I were more than mindful of all this. But I can barely keep focused on this important part of my life. I need help so that I become ever unwavering in my faith as I wait for you to do your thing in my life and the world. I'm going to continue to trust you. Amen.
THE LORD’S PRAYER
Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your Name; your Kingdom come; your will be done, on earth as in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us. Save us from the time of trial and deliver us from evil. For the kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours now and forever. Amen.
