BONDAGE

You will be accepted if you do what is right. But if you refuse to do what is right, then watch out! Sin is crouching at the door, eager to control you. But you must subdue it and be its master.”

Christ has set us free for freedom. Therefore, stand firm and don’t submit to the bondage of slavery again.

Don't allow anything or anyone to master your life -- except Christ.

PRAYER
Thank you, Jesus, for freeing us from bondage to sin -- from having to serve a bunch of rules and impossible expectations. You've set us free! Yet, I easily slip back into old habits and ways of doing things. Help me to get control of that and to allow you to be the only master in my life. Amen.
