SERVING

But you must always follow the Lord and worship him with all your heart. Don't worship idols! They don't have any power, and they can't help you or save you when you're in trouble.

If any of you wants to serve me, then follow me. Then you’ll be where I am, ready to serve at a moment’s notice.

PRAYER
God, you are worthy of our full attention and service. I know that. Yet, I am easily distracted by the glitter and cares of the world. I know that you understand and forgive. Please, though, help me to grow in my capacity to serve you. I want to be undistracted, ready, and available to serve you 24/7. Amen.

THE LORD’S PRAYER
Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your Name, your Kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us. Save us from the time of trial and deliver us from evil. For the kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours now and forever. Amen.
