PRAYER
Heavenly Father, you are the source of our salvation and we anticipate how you're going to bring it to completion. In the in-between time, though, we are prone to get caught up in the power struggles of those who believe that political domination is the end game. Help me to focus on you and your agenda rather than winning culture wars so that I'm ready for your coming kingdom. I'm going to count on you to make things right. Amen.

Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your Name, your Kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us. Save us from the time of trial and deliver us from evil. For the kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours now and forever. Amen.
