and his kingdom
will never end.

Do you see what we’ve got? An unshakable kingdom! And do you see how thankful we must be? Not only thankful, but brimming with worship, deeply reverent before God. For God is not an indifferent bystander.
SUMMARY SENTENCE
Respond to the arrival of God's kingdom with gratitude, allegiance, and awe.
DAILY FODDER
How does seeing Jesus as initiating a spiritually rooted coup d'état affect the way that you relate to him? How does his kingdom disrupt the status quo?
PRAYER
Sovereign God, I'm thankful that Jesus has come to disrupt the corrupted regime that wants to do things independent of you and your ways. Forgive me for allowing the old kingdom to have so much influence in my life. Help me to rethink all of my allegiances and decisions. I want to stand before you with respect and awe. For you have interjected yourself into our situation and have become our Savior. Amen.
THE LORD’S PRAYER
Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your Name, your Kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us. Save us from the time of trial and deliver us from evil. For the kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours now and forever. Amen.
