PRAYER
Merciful God, while we were still deep in sin, you forgave us and invited us to receive your forgiveness. I confess that forgiving others is really hard for me. It kind'a feels good to harbor resentment, as though I'm able to excercise some control over these people. Help me to let go of these feelings and thoughts, and to trust you to control the situation. Even though forgiveness is difficult I'm going to take a baby step that direction and acknowledge that forgiveness is my goal. Amen.
Our Father in Heaven,

so that everything that happens here will align
