The prophet is calling on God to insert himself into a problem because it’s greater than what they can fix on their own. Jesus reassures his disciples that once he leaves, he's not really leaving them. Why is it so important that God doesn't leave us to go it alone? What difference does this promise make in how you live your life?
PRAYER
Heavenly and holy Father, you came down to rescue me. Though you are mighty and glorious, you come down to the lowly, even me. I don't need to achieve or measure up for you.
