I cry out to you, Lord.
You are my rock; don’t refuse to hear me.
~ Psalm 28:1a (CEB)
There were two blind men sitting by the road. They heard that Jesus was coming by. So they shouted, “Lord, Son of David, please help us!”
The people there criticized the blind men and told them to be quiet. But they shouted more and more, “Lord, Son of David, please help us!”
~ Matthew 20:30-31 (NLT)
Lord, I am grateful for your listening ear. It means a lot to me to know that you care enough to listen. I regret, though, that I don't bring all of my problems to you. Some I keep to myself. But I want to change that. So I am joining the psalmist and the blind men in calling out to you. Amen.
