Always enough

When I was born into this world, I was naked and had nothing. When I die and leave this world, I will be naked and have nothing. ~ Job 1:21a (ERV)

We didn’t bring anything into the world. We can’t take anything out of it. If we have food and clothing, we will be happy with that. ~ 1 Timothy 6:7–8 (NIRV)

God, I talk a lot about the importance of being content. But I am rarely content with having enough food and clothing -- with life. I am so stupid at times. If you are the great benefactor I will always have enough. I'm going to once again aim toward being content. I'm going to walk through this day listing in my mind the many gifts that come from you. And I'm going to be happy! Amen.

Difficult Words
Content -- If you are content you are at peace because you are satisfied. You are not worried.
Benefactor -- a generous person who gives something, often money, to help a person or a cause.
Listing -- Collecting and organizing information
