Lord God, I don't know what is more amazing -- the miracles of the Hebrew Exodus from Egypt or the fact that through Christ Jesus you friended us. As impressive as the Exodus was, I'm inclined to think that being welcomed into your circle of friends is even more awesome. Thank you for including us -- including me. We aren't worthy but you honor us anyway. I am truly blessed. Might my life become an endless joyful praise song to you, dear friend. Amen.
