Ask
The eyes of the Lord watch over those who do right;
his ears are open to their cries for help. ~ Psalm 34:15 (NLT)
Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you. ~ Matthew 7:7 (NLT)
SUMMARY SENTENCE
Tell God because he is listening.
PRAYER
Thank you, God, for hearing me. I confess that I grow weary of asking you for things when what I recieve isn't exactly want I asked for. True, once it comes, the answer is always better than what I asked for, but it's frustrating having to adjust my expectations. Help me to be open to healthy change. I'm going to follow Jesus' instruction and continue to look to you for solutions. Amen.
