PRAYER
Generous God, you have built us a rock-solid life foundation through Jesus. Thank you. Yet, I too often build my life on thrills, flimsy promises of quick-return security, and short-term thinking. Protect me from the shysters who are more interested in their personal gain than in helping me develop a solid life. I'm going to contract with you to build my life on your solid foundation. Amen.
