Lord,
THANKS: I'm grateful that you give us enough instruction to live well and in harmony with you.
REGRET: However, even with all that you say, I'm not always consistent in doing what you command. And even though I am not TRYING to "test" you, I'm sure that it must seem that way. I can't even say that tomorrow will be different.
INTERCESSION: With your help I can move toward repentance. I can start to change. But I certainly can't change on my own.
PURPOSE: Lord, I do love you and I want to consistently follow your commands. I'm going to trust in your grace and expect that you'll gently nudge me the direction I need to go.
